Fall 2026

Priority application opens July 15, advising appointments begin August 3, orientation sessions run August 17-21, and fall classes begin August 24. Students should complete placement guidance before registering for writing, math, or ESL courses.

Spring 2027

Spring advising begins November 2, priority registration opens November 16, winter office hours are posted in December, and spring classes begin January 18. New students should request information early if they need transcript review.

Summer 2027

Summer planning is designed for shorter certificate courses, English-language bridge classes, and selected general education offerings. Course availability is reviewed each spring based on student demand.

Advising Checkpoints

Students are encouraged to meet with an advisor before first registration, after completing 12 units, before changing programs, and one term before applying for transfer or certificate completion.

Adding, Dropping, and Withdrawing

Schedule changes must be completed by published deadlines. Students should speak with advising and financial services before dropping or withdrawing because enrollment changes can affect progress, billing, and future course sequencing.

Final Exams and Grades

Final assessments are scheduled during the closing week of each term. Final grades are posted after faculty submission and may be reviewed through the student portal.

Campus Closures

Holiday closures, reduced service periods, weather-related changes, and emergency schedule adjustments are communicated through the website, college email, and portal announcements.
